Black Friday 101

PSA: Don’t buy things just because they’re on sale; but do get things you already want or need while they’re on sale!

As tempted as I was to make this a page full of images and way more information, I decided to keep it direct and to the point. Black Friday is apparently a time of year when companies like to drop their biggest sales, and I’m here for it! This list shows you the companies I dig having sales, what I love (/ am actually buying), or what I would be investing in on sale if I didn’t already have it!

You can click the company name to be taken to the sale site :-) Most of the sales are already live, and I will let you know in the post if it’s only on actual ‘black friday’.

And lastly: thank you for ever using my links or codes! It helps support me and my work, and it truly means the world. Thank you.

1) Link: Home of Wool

The biggest sale they have once a year: 20% off. We love our 100% wool blanket, and although I don’t have their 3-inch custom 100% wool mattress yet, it’s the best we will be investing in once we have more solid long-term plans to settle in one place. If you’re in the market for a dream bed, check them out (they also have a bunch of rad organic furniture, baby products, pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, yoga mats, etc).

2) Link: Perfect Supplements

Ok, this company is just the best. I love them to fill in the gaps of nose-to-tail eating; since we eat a lot of muscle meat, it’s important to include collagen, gelatin, and organs as well to balance out the aminos and nutrients. The BF sale is 25% off + an extra 10% off for a whopping 35% off! I stocked up on collagen, gelatin, and the multi-organ blend in powder (which will I add a pinch of to our smoothies!).

3)Link: Kion

Y’all know I love Kion medium coffee and have their creatine daily, too. Recently, I started taking their fish oil, and that’s all I get from them, although if I could consume whey, I would be stoked to try their whey and protein bars! I know coffee and creatine aren’t going anywhere from my routine anytime soon so, sales = time to stock up for me!

4) Link: Water Drop Water Filters

We invested in an RO water filter by water drop this year, and the already affordable RO machines are on major sale. Whether you go countertop or under the counter, these water filters remove all the nasties from tap water at an affordable price with little or no installation.

5) Link: JOOV Red Light

We already have two large red light panels from JOOVV, so although I won’t be investing in them during this sale (thank goodness it’s a one-time purchase.. they aren’t cheap!), I do use them every morning and love the morning ritual of dry brushing in front of the red light. For muscle recovery/ circadian health and so many other benefits, you can learn more about on their site! Ps. They also have 0% interest financing options, which is neat to pay it off long term.

6) Link: Organic Olivia

The sale starts on Monday the 20th!

Organic Olivia is the OG health influencer and her recent health transformation has been mirrored in her business, which is filled with epic products rooted in metabolic health, muscle building, and glucose balance. Some of my favorite OO products include: the probiotics, the glucobitters, the rosehip relief, and the mighty minerals.

7) Link: RA Optics

Everyone needs a pair of blue light-blocking glasses! So, if you’re in need or want an upgrade, RA is having a 30% off sale. My partner and I both have a pair, and they are great! We wear them after sun down, every evening. I personally have the Nate Sunset.

8) Link: EarthRunners

  • 20% off sitewide (no code)

These earthed sandals are all 20% off. I’ve had my circadian pair for years, and although I’m almost exclusively barefoot these days, I get lots of use when I’m not in island-life mode!

9) Link: DefenderShield

This company makes a bunch of EMF protection gear. The item I like most (that we already have!) is the laptop tray for times when you want to work on your laptop without putting it directly on your lap (and reproductive organs!).

10) Link: Leaf Shave

I’ve been using a Leaf razor for years. They come with a lifetime warranty, and all you purchase is refillable blades (which are cheap and easy to use). Leaf razors avoid using plastic, as well as those toxic little chemical strips that exist on most razors. I think anyone who shaves should have a Leaf, and now is your chance to get it 25% off!

Check out the razor HERE.

Check out the razor bundle starter kit HERE.

11) Link: Primally Pure

Incredible, genuinely pure, and non-toxic body care products. They have great deodorant, face masks, face oils, body brushes, lip balm. Truly beautiful body care. The sale is one day only (on actual black Friday, the 24th).

12) Link: The Free Birth Society Complete Guide to FreeBirth

This course is a trove of treasure when it comes to sovereign birth. All you ever needed to know about birthing in your power; the kind of information that should be (and can be!) passed down through our matriline. If you want to have babies one day, I highly recommend getting it now while it is half off (you get access forever) because all women should have this knowledge! Check it out HERE.

13) Link: MitoLife

  • Sitewide sale 25% off, no code needed, just visit THIS LINK

Mitolife is a supplement company with high-quality liver caps, magnesium, vitamin E, shilajit, and digestive enzymes! Their custom-made 7-stage RO system is also a part of this sale (and is $398.75 off!).

14) Link: Mint Mobile

I’ve been with Mint as a cellphone carrier since I moved to the US over a year ago. They’re the cheapest carrier, but their network piggybacks on parent company t-mobile so you get all the savings, so the same network. They have a black friday sale where you buy. 3 months up front and get the next 3 free. We pay about 20$ a month for our phone bill!

I’ll update the list if any other deals come through :)

I hope this saved you some $ on rad products!
